Shipping is back! I'm pleased to welcome back UK delivery alongside my free Click&Collect service.
All deliveries will be shipped via. Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 working days*.
*Unless otherwise informed. Due to the nature of some products available (such as handmade, bespoke or pre-order items) there can be a delay, which will be stated on the product page. I work hard as an independent to meet stated delivery timeframes and will always keep you updated.

If you are local to the area, you are welcome to collect your order from Dor's Garden for free – simply select "Click&Collect" at checkout!
UK Standard Delivery is charged at £5.50, unless otherwise stated on product listings. Additional rates are set out below and are subject to change:
Bulky Guys - £14.50
Heavy Guys - £12.50
Live Guys - £7.50

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I hope you are delighted with your order, and that it arrives in perfect condition. Should any item arrived damaged or you wish to return/exchange, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, this does not apply to bespoke items at this time.

When buying any goods you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these before placing an order with Dor's Garden.
INFORMATION DOR'S GARDEN GIVES YOU
By law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that Dor's Garden must give you certain key information before a legally binding contract between you and Dor's Garden is made. Dor's Garden has set out this information in the terms and conditions below.
ORDERING GOODS FROM DOR'S GARDEN ​
Below sets out how a legally binding contract between you and Dor's Garden is made.
- You place an order with Dor's Garden by clicking the “Checkout” button and completing payment.
- Dor's Garden may contact you to say that they can not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:

the goods are unavailable;

Dor's Garden cannot authorise your payment;

There has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.

- ​Your order will only be accepted once you receive a “Confirmation Email”.
- At this point: a legally binding contract will be in place between you and Dor's Garden; and
-
Dor's Garden will dispatch the goods to you.
DELIVERY

The estimated timeframe for delivery of your order is set out above under the Delivery section.

If something happens which:
-
is outside of Dor's Garden control; and
-
affects the estimated date of delivery; Dor's Garden will contact you with a revised estimated date for delivery.

You are responsible for the goods once delivery has taken place.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
- You have the right to cancel you order within 24 hours of order confirmation.

If you exercise this right you will receive a full refund for the cost of goods sold including delivery charges.

If you cancel your order after 24 hours, you will only receive a full refund on the cost of goods sold once they have been returned in perfect condition (at your own expense).

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Dor's Garden by email as soon as possible.

You do not have the right to cancel any goods which are bespoke made to your specifications or personalisation.

RETURNS
- You have the right to return any or part of your order 14 days after receipt, at your own expense. Dor's Garden will issue a refund for the cost of the returned goods only.

Please inform Dor's Garden immediately should any item arrive damaged. The issue will then be raised with Royal Mail.
PAYMENT
- All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
- The price of the goods:
- is in pounds sterling (£)(GBP);
-
includes VAT at the applicable rate; and
-
does not include the cost of delivering the goods.
