During the January stock clearance relaunch sale, all items are offered on a Click&Collect basis only. Delivery can be quoted for on request. Normal delivery costs & processes will be restored Feb'24.

Return Policy

I hope you love your purchase as much as I do. However, please do contact Dor's for further details should you wish to return any items. 

I’ll be happy to process refunds provided delivered goods are returned to Dor's within 14 working days. Please be sure to return unwanted or incorrect items in perfect condition in the original packaging, and also ensure proof of postage is obtained.

Unfortunately, I can not offer free returns at this time. Customers will be liable for the cost of returning items.

Should you receive anything faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
